What are credits?▾
Credits are the in-app currency companies use to access features — posting jobs, unlocking worker profiles, messaging candidates, and more. Each action costs a set number of credits.
Do credits expire?▾
Purchased credits stay in your balance and do not expire. Promotional or granted credits may carry an expiry — it will be shown when they are added.
Can I buy more credits anytime?▾
Yes. You can top up your balance at any time by purchasing any package — credits are added to your existing balance.
What happens when I run out of credits?▾
Credit-gated features pause until you top up. Your postings and data stay intact; you just buy more credits to resume unlocking and messaging.
Do you offer refunds?▾
Unused credits may be refundable within our refund window. Reach out to support and we will help sort it out.
